FAQ
Is this the same as ManyChat / Chatfuel / Zapier?
No. Takli is an AI-first platform on LLM (Claude/GPT-4); ManyChat-like tools run on if-else flows. The difference is that an AI agent understands free text and context; a bot builder only follows pre-written branches.
Can I connect an existing CRM?
Yes. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Fireberry — native connectors. Any other CRM — via webhook or REST API.
Is it safe for medical data?
Yes. We can configure it so PII never goes to the LLM provider (server-side processing before prompt). Plus encryption at rest and in transit.
Multi-language support?
Yes. Onboarding, documentation, and support — in Russian, English, and Hebrew.
