Minimum budget — when a retainer makes economic sense

A USD 600/mo retainer makes sense for the client at an ad spend ≥ ₪7,000–10,000/mo. Below that, the fee/budget ratio exceeds 40%, and no performance optimization can offset it.

If your budget is smaller, we’ll propose one-time setup (from ₪3,500) + a monthly 30-minute check-in (from ₪500/mo).

FAQ

Do you take a percentage of ad budget?

By default — no, fixed monthly fee. This removes the conflict of interest: I’m not incentivized to inflate your budget for higher fees.

Can we do a hybrid model — fix + KPI bonus?

Yes, at the Scale tier. Minimum fix + bonus if monthly CPA target is hit. That’s “skin in the game.”

What if I’m already with an agency?

We do an independent audit of your campaigns (included in the ₪1,490 SEO audit, or standalone for ₪2,000). Based on results, you decide whether to switch.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. I work via MCC manager-link. No “agency disappears with the account” situations.

Minimum retainer term?

3 months. Less doesn’t make sense — the first month always goes to setup and calibration.

What are split-conversions and why do they matter?

In a default GA4↔Ads setup, all conversions land in one bucket. If your audiences are in different languages — you see a blended CPA that lies. Split-conversions = three (or more) independent conversion goals in Google Ads, one per audience. Bid strategies optimize separately. More in the blog post.

Do you run Performance Max?

PMax works in niches with rich feeds and broad funnels. In pure B2B or niche services it often loses to Search campaigns with proper match-types. Decision is made on DataForSEO data, GSC, and historical conversion data.
