Many SMB clients in Israel still prefer the phone call as the primary contact channel — especially older audiences, medical clinics with 50+ patients, legal practices. Ignoring voice = losing 30-50% of potential leads.
At the same time, there’s no point building a standalone “voice AI studio” from scratch. Takli already knows your business context (FAQ, calendar, CRM), already knows how to talk to customers — we add a voice gateway, and the same AI agent answers calls.

FAQ
Does voice AI “sound like a robot”?
In 2026 — no. ElevenLabs/OpenAI voice is indistinguishable from human. Multi-language: Hebrew and Russian quality on par with English.
What if AI “doesn’t understand” a complex case?
Escalation to a human operator with full conversation context (transcript + intent extraction). The operator sees what AI already clarified and continues from where the AI stopped.
Is it Israeli regulation-friendly?
Yes. All dialogs are logged, customer is informed (per PPL Amendment 13 requirements), opt-out is supported, recording can be disabled.
